Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your hats, t-shirts, or other merchandise purchased from our website, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process. Please review our return policy below for details on how to return items purchased through our e-store.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt (provided via email upon purchase) is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, clearance items marked “final sale,” and damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VelociWrapper is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe, our secure payment platform. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Amount: Refunds will include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, or incorrect item), we’ll also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color once the item has been ordered.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] Include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
